Social Media Platforms Censor Anti-Establishment Media
Twitter and Facebook are collaborating to reduce the impact of anti-establishment media, with Facebook deleting over 800 pages it claims were in violation of its terms of service. Directly thereafter, Twitter followed suite, suspending several of the same entities' accounts for the same reason. This comes a mere couple of months after consent was manufactured for censorship by harnessing the vitriol of the American people toward the noxious conspiratorial buffoonery of Alex Jones and "InfoWars".
Reactionary minds on the left and the right were slow to condemn the censorship perpetrated upon Alex Jones as he was removed from virtually all social media platforms in the name of "terms of service violations". Now, as warned by Lee Camp of "Redacted Tonight" and Jimmy Dore of "The Jimmy Dore Show", these same reactions are being justified against leftist anti-establishmentarian media outlets, and for the same nominal reasons. Both major social media giants, Facebook and Twitter have joined forces in silencing media that dare go against the grain of state-sponsored narratives. Among the victims of the new social media purge include such outlets as "AntiMedia", "The Free Thought Project", several police accountability and police watch pages, and other dissident media voices speaking truth to power, or, as The Washington Post (who's owner has a $600,000,000 arrangement with the CIA) decided to report it, "Pushing Political Spam".
